A Man With A Mission
Craig is the big vision guy. The one who sees the all the pieces and brings them together to realize the potential. The self-declared Mayor of Ordnance, Oregon (now a ghost town that he owns) Craig holds a deep respect for those who came before him to work the land and make something out of very little. He carries that respect forward with his own ventures. When not hands on with his farm or at the brewery, he's with his family at sporting events or building other businesses such as Neighbor Dudes, a successful tap house concept that is expanding across Oregon. Craig's family has been farming in Oregon since the 1850s when they arrived here as homesteaders. Today, many of his cousins are hop farmers as well as growing various grains, apples, berries. Guess where some of our ingredients come from. Craig's favorite Ordnance beer is EOD IPA because the aroma and flavors bring forward childhood memories of working in the hop fields and hanging out in the hop house with his dad.
The Brew Crew
Starting as an award winning home brewer, Logan wished to advance his passion into a career. So in his early 20's, he signed on for an internship at Standing Stone Brewing in his hometown of Ashland, Oregon. Shortly after becoming versed in the ways of a professional brewer, Logan moved to Denver, Colorado. There he advanced his career working at some of the most prestigious breweries in the area. After three years in Denver, Logan felt it was time to move closer to home and met up with Craig Coleman, of Neighbor Dudes and Ordnance Brewing. When asked which Ordnance beer is his favorite, Logan looked at his toes, tugged on his beard and said, "I can't pick just one of my children. Whether it's enjoying a crisp RX after work, or de-constructing the complexities of Cherry Snapper as I wind down for the evening. There is a time and a place for every beer. "
Sales & Marketing
Director of Sales and Marketing
Oregonian by birth, a Duck by education, Dewey has spent his life exploring the back roads, rivers, lakes, and Pacific shores of his home. A craft beer imbiber since finding that his ID was never checked at a certain Lincoln City brew pub back in the later 80s he has been fortunate to travel and explore local beer in diverse places around the world, he never backs away from an opportunity to try a new beer style or approach. His favorite beer was just about everything he tasted during a week of beer exploring in Belgium and his least favorite was pretty much everything on tap at pubs in Scotland. Dewey brings a broad palate for fine brews, decades of marketing and sales, and a pure passion for craft beer as he supports the Ordnance team in the expansion into distribution and growth. Dewey's favorite Ordnance beer is RX Pale because, for him, it has a perfect balance of refreshing flavors and hops that offer an ideal beer after a hot day casting flies on the Deschuttes.
Yes, another Oregonian. Chris has been part of the family since the start and today works the Portland Metro area building sales and brand awareness. Creative, passionate about craft beer and eager to see the brewery connect with craft beer lovers all over the country. When Chris is not running hard selling beer, he spends time with his kids and is known to lose himself fishing on one of Oregon's many rivers.
Sales, Heart of Oregon (Burns to the Beach, Albany to Ashland)
Born and raised in Oregon, Steve proudly admits he has a passion for craft beer. After successfully working sales for many years on the distributor side, he has now transitioned over to the supplier side with Ordnance. Being a Level 1 Cicerone (Certified Beer Server), Steve backs up his passion with his certification to prove it. Steve handles sales and distribution in the Willamette Valley area and beyond. If you see an Ordnance van in that area, Steve is most likely talking Ordnance, delivering Ordnance, or is heading to an Ordnance tap takeover, event, festival, or tasting. Steve works closely with Bigfoot Beverages and Summit Distributing. Cheers!

Our Tap Management Team
Taproom Manager (Brewery, Boardman, Oregon)
Yes, another Oregonian. Tammy grew up in Baker (before it was called a city) where she learned such strong values as running with scissors (word is she lettered in this) and sipping Coors Light. Today she manages our brewery taproom and keeps our brewer on his toes (something about scissors again) as she serves up incredible smiles and frothy pints. Her favorite Ordnance beer would be Bloops because of its ability to help her say “riboflavin” repeatedly into the night.
Happiness Engineer (Wilsonville, Oregon)
If you have attended a beerfest in Portland, you will recognize this Oregon girl as the "brains behind the bar." From managing volunteers, to running draft lines this girl has done it all. She brings with her a strong management background coupled with a "never-take-no-for-an-answer" modus operandi. Her favorite beer is the next beer but will most commonly order a Saison off the taplist. Her purpose with Ordnance is to create and maintain a relationship between the Wilsonville Taproom and the community with which it serves. From building partnerships to creating events, this girl will make Wilsonville Ordnance relevant while keeping it an Outlier post.
